"People all around the world view Canadians as nice people."

It was on a dig in North Dakota, while unearthing a Tyrannosaurus rex, that the paleontologist in charge asked Georges St-Pierre if he knew the difference between American and Canadian dinosaurs. "They are nice," joked the paleontologist about the Canadian dinos.

For St-Pierre, this is emblematic of the global opinion on Canada. "People all around the world view Canadians as nice people."

The MMA fighter and UFC champion doesn't take that opinion lightly.

"I always try to keep my door open to everybody, and I think everybody should do the same," the Quebecer says of his vision of being a global citizen.

"We should be more united and live in peace with each other," he says earnestly.

"It's like the perfect answer they use in Miss Universe right?"
