Morris oats, a source of fibre exported around the world

Canada is the world's largest exporter of oats. Chef Ricardo Larrivée gets a hands-on look at what makes a successful crop.

"It's a very healthy plant."

Mazinke takes chef Ricardo Larrivée on a walk through an oat field to show him what makes a good crop.
