Frances Koncan
Frances Koncan is an Indigenous writer, director and theatre producer of Anishinaabe and Slovene descent. Originally from Couchiching First Nation, she is currently based in Winnipeg, where she lives alone with dog Tucker and a large collection of lipsticks. She is a grad of Brooklyn College’s MFA Playwriting Program, a Taurus and a vegetarian. She has won some awards and lost a whole lot more than she has won.
