Sophie Dupuis was born in Val d’Or, Quebec, studied at Concordia University and the Université du Québec à Montréal, and is now based in Montreal. Her short films include J'viendrai t'chercher (07), Si tu savais Rosalie (09), Félix et Malou (10), Faillir (12), which played the Festival, and L'hiver et la violence (14). She wrote and directed the features Family First (18) and Underground (20). Solo (23) is her latest film.
