Acclaimed director Ryan Coogler's latest film, Sinners, is a horror story centered around twin brothers — both played by Michael B. Jordan.

Named Smoke and Stack, the pair return home to rural Mississippi to open a successful nightclub. But then, a trio of vampires turns up — and things get violent.

Today on Commotion, culture critics Kathleen Newman-Bremang, Jackson Weaver and Rollie Pemberton join host Elamin Abdelmahmoud to talk about what Sinners adds to Coogler's already impressive body of work, and whether it might be an early contender for blockbuster of the year.
