The profile of soccer has grown in North America recently, and that's due in part to Welcome to Wrexham.

The reality show about two Hollywood stars, Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, buying a Welsh football team first captured the hearts of audiences around the world back in 2022.

Now, the series is on its fourth season. Today on Commotion, host Elamin Abdelmahmoud chats with Richard Sutcliffe, Wrexham correspondent for The Athletic, and soccer writer Leander Schaerlaeckens about what makes this sports show such a hit.
