How to paint your face like a purr-fect wildcat
No kitten around — Toronto-based artist Besos can show you how to do some fur-ocious face-painting.
No kitten around — this is some fur-ocious face-painting
Toronto-based artist Besos takes makeup to the next level. Although she's best known for her much sought-after signature skull looks, the self-taught artist has a love for felines that runs deep. She grew up in Trinidad, surrounded by pet cats (at one point she had nine), and now she's drawing inspiration from those childhood friends.
In this video, Besos showed CBC Arts how she can turn any human face into a realistic wildcat. The whole transformation takes about an hour from start to finish, and the end result is full of catitude. All you need is some face paint, eyeshadow, eyeliner, brushes and a pair of kitty ears. Try it meow!
