Which artists salvaged your 2022?
We're celebrating the artists who helped us survive this year — and we want to hear who you would add
The end of 2022 can only mean one thing: it's time for a giant CBC Arts special project eulogizing the year that was.
With essays from some of Canada's most prominent voices and portraits by Natalie Very B, The 22 Artists Who Salvaged 2022 is a celebration of the artists who helped us survive another turbulent twelve months. But of course, we know that number isn't possibly high enough to honour everyone who deserves to be thanked for their contributions to art and culture this year.
So now, we want to hear from you. Which artists salvaged your 2022?
Let us know in the comments, and read all of the essays below!
