Kids’ Smoothie Tower
Ingredients
Green Smoothie:
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup water
Berry Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup water
Tropical Smoothie:
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 cup pineapple, diced
- 1 ½ frozen bananas
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice
- ½ cup water
Preparation
To make the green smoothie, combine frozen banana, Greek yogurt, spinach, ice and water in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and pour into individual portions. Garnish with a cute paper straw.
To make the berry smoothie, combine mixed berries, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, ice and water in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and pour into individual portions. Garnish with a cute paper straw.
To make the tropical smoothie, combine the mango, pineapple, frozen banana, Greek yogurt, ice and water in a blender. Blend on high until smooth and pour into individual portions. Garnish with a cute paper straw and a wedge of pineapple.
