Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp salt and pepper
  • ⅓ Big Batch Bread Dough*
  • ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 400˚F. 

Stir together the butter, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. 

Cut the dough into 18 to 20 portions. Roll each portion into a ball. Dip each ball in the butter mixture until coated and place in a 9-inch cast iron fry pan or 9-inch square baking dish. Drizzle with the remaining garlic butter mixture and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover and let the balls rise until doubled in volume, about 20 minutes. 

Bake until golden brown, about 18 to 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Yield: Makes 8 to 10 servings
