Whether you're searching for a veg-forward side to round out your fall feast or putting together an entirely meat-free menu, we've put together a long list of vegetarian dishes that would be delightful additions to any meal. Not only are these dishes absolutely delicious, but many of them feature in-season produce. Think a delicata squash and mushroom tart that's a little bit luxurious, roasted cauliflower with dates and herby farro that works as a hearty salad or an exquisite main course, and a red lentil dish that's perfect for entertaining.

Below, you'll find an enticing mix of appetizers and sides, like Sohla El-Waylly's deviled egg dip or Murielle Banackissa's mini blinis with smoked tomato. We've also got some standout mains, including Amina Al-Saigh's vegetarian maqluba, Gaz Oakley's meatless take on beef Wellington and Hannah Che's vegetarian roast goose — so you can recreate this restaurant fave at home. And fear not, we didn't forget the autumnal drinks and desserts, like Dhivya Subramanian's apple harvest cake and a festive spiced apple cider sangria. 

Note: For recipes that use Parmesan, choose a vegan parm or a version made without animal enzymes to keep the dish vegetarian.
