Dessert Week allows the top eight bakers to shine in a series of sweet challenges.

The judges reveal the Star Baker, and announce who must leave the baking tent.

This week's bakes challenged bakers from every angle. But our bakers rose to the challenge with some of the most stunning desserts we've seen yet. Seeing the bakers lend support and remind each other to breathe was inspiring to watch.
