It's that time of year again! You're travelling, hosting or being a guest. You're away from your regular gym, your go-to running route is covered in snow and there's barely enough room to stretch with the house full of guests. You're in dire need of a mood-boosting, body-energizing escape, but the clock is always ticking, stress levels are rising and fitness classes are just so expensive. Don't worry, we've got you covered.

The 'Fit for Me' video workout series was specially created by fitness trainer Beverley Cheng to tackle just these kinds of situational hurdles. Each video is suited to fit into whatever unique holiday scenario you find yourself in this year – whether you're squeezed for space, time, or just need that extra push to get moving. You can stream them all for free below.

And honestly, if you tell everyone you're taking a workout break and end up just lying down on the mat or floor, breathing and enjoying some alone time, that's great too.
