The stylish summer coveralls you'll want to wear all year long

Workwear-inspired fashion coveralls and boiler suits — a tailored, utilitarian jumpsuit that's usually made in durable, breathable woven fabrics — have been trending on the runway and in stores for a few seasons now. Just in time for summer, we've rounded up 11 breezy coverall styles featuring vibrant colours, shorter sleeves and hems, and slightly lighter-weight fabrics. You can rock them as-is now, and layered over a turtleneck top or graphic t-shirt come fall.

And, because we know that shopping for a stylish one-piece if you're not straight size or of average height can be tricky, we've made sure to include tall, petite and plus-size options in the edit below. Because of the way they're constructed, alterations on coveralls can be challenging and expensive if you're not just shortening or lengthening the hem. In fact, finding the right coverall fit (think: relaxed but tailored) can even be a challenge if you have an extra long or short torso, or need more room in the chest area.

The key when you're looking for the perfect fit? Know your torso and inseam measurements, and check the sizing fine print or ask the brand's customer service if you're not sure if a pair of coveralls will fit you well.
