Got 20 minutes? In this video from the CBC Creator Network, personal trainer Eunice will lead you through a no-equipment HIIT circuit that you can do just about anywhere. Each exercise activates the full body, though the workout will pay special attention to the core and lower half. You'll only need a mat, a timer and some water to keep yourself hydrated.

Check out the video for Eunice's full demonstration, and scroll down to see a complete breakdown of the routine.

20-minute HIIT circuit

Repeat each exercise for 45-60 seconds, taking 20-second breaks to recover in between.

  • High knees
  • Shuffle to jump squat
  • Elbow to hands plank jack
  • Stepback pulse lunge to knee drive
  • Plank hold to side punches

Repeat this circuit three times.

Add some “good” to your morning and evening.
