Dizzy busted into the Canadian music scene last summer, releasing its debut full-length, Baby Teeth.

The album caught a ton of attention, garnering millions of plays on various streaming platforms and winning the band a Juno Award for alternative album of the year. Less than a year later, the Oshawa-based band is releasing a new EP. Band members Katie Munshaw and brothers Alex, Mackenzie and Charlie Spencer played a four-song session for CBC Music, debuting their new songs "Twist" and "Heavy" as well as older hits "Backstroke" and "Swim."
