Calgary police investigating suspicious death in downtown residence

The Calgary Police Service's homicide unit is investigating the death of a man whose body was found inside a downtown residence early Saturday morning.

Officers responded to the home in the 600 block of 10th Street S.W. at 7:45 a.m. and are treating the death as suspicious.

Police do not currently have anyone in custody and say the investigation is ongoing.

An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
