Underdog Mackenzie Hughes advances to WGC match play round of 16
After beating No. 9 seed Webb Simpson and No. 17 seed Paul Casey, No. 48 seed Mackenzie Hughes of Dundas, Ont., tied Talor Gooch to win his group and advance to the match play round of 16 at the World Golf Championships in Austin, Texas.
