Townships groups offer meat for solidarity

Viande Solidaire is a program developed in 2020 to help divert meat that would otherwise be wasted to food security programs in the Coaticook region. The program is now being expanded to cover a larger region. Eastern Townships reporter Gordon Lambie explains how the program works, where the idea came from, and what is involved in the expansion.
