      The City of Whitehorse will be revisiting its Whitehorse North Trail Plan this April.City council first approved the plan in October 2022. After residents expressed their concerns about the plan....the city conducted a public survey. It turns out that 71 per cent of participants were not satisfied with the plan.Keith Lay presented to city council on behalf of the Active Trails Whitehorse Association on Monday night.He called on the city to improve its communication with Whitehorse North residents moving forward.And to follow the guidelines for trail planning set out in its 2020 Trail Plan. The CBC’s Tori Fitzpatrick spoke with Lay ahead of his presentation.
