Recently a group of city councillors in Orillia are challenging the newly granted strong mayor powers. Mayor Don McIsaac received them to deal with the ice storm emergency, but that didn't sit well with his fellow councillors. Nav Nanwa got to sit down with Orillia Ward 4 Councillor Janet-Lynne Durnford to discuss the controversy.
