A Scottish court is revealing details about two men charged in the Owen Sound death of Sharif Rahman in August 2023, who are currently facing extradition to Canada. Through the hearings, we learned that the accused are part of the Irish Traveller community, a distinct ethnic minority with their own language, customs, and traditions. To understand more about Irish Travellers, London Morning spoke with Emer O'Toole, an associate professor of Irish Performance Studies at Concordia University.
