The second round of the NHL playoffs have begun and there’s no guarantee of an easy win for Canadian teams.
Right now, the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers are tied with two wins each; the Winnipeg Jets are down one game to the Dallas Stars and the Edmonton Oilers are up one game to the Vegas Golden Knights.
But what do Canadian fans think? Does one of Canada’s teams really have a shot at winning the Stanley Cup in 2025?
CBC Kids News went to the Scotiabank Arena for Game 2 of the second round of playoff action between the Leafs and Panthers, and what we heard was a lot of enthusiasm, loyalty, skepticism and smack talk.
