Saint John residents confront council at hearing on industrial park plan
Twenty-nine speakers showed frustration, anger and tears in front of councillors at a hearing on the proposed expansion of Spruce Lake Industrial Park. Before voting, city council will hear from supporters of the project and from more opponents.
