Part One

Khadr gets bail
A judge grants Omar Khadr bail, pending appeal -- and we hear from the man who intends to give him a place to stay: his lawyer, Dennis Edney.

Armenia genocide
One hundred-and-fifty orphaned children came to Canada a century ago -- their parents among the hundreds of thousands killed in the Armenian genocide.

Nashville swingers
After a public backlash, a group of Nashville swingers announce their planned private sex club will actually be a regular old-fashioned church.

Part Two

Alberta election
Alberta's Progressive Conservatives called an election assuming they were a shoo-in. Now it looks like they may be wearing their shoes out  -- because the race is much closer than they obviously assumed it would be.

Drone program defender
The CIA's former Pakistan chief says the U.S. drone program is working -- despite various fatal errors in targeting -- including, most recently, the killing of two Western hostages.

Part Three

California drought
The subject matter is dry -- or rather, dryness. With California now four years into a drought, the state has enacted restrictions on water usage. Our guest explains where the real problems lie.

BC town water
Speaking of water, you can now speak of water to the people living in the town of Robson, B.C. -- because their eighteen-year boil-water advisory has just been lifted.
