Part Three

Black hockey league new stamp
This week Canada post unveiled a new stamp, featuring the Halifax Eurekas — champions of 1904 Colored Hockey League Championship. It was an all-black Maritime league from a time when black athletes weren't able to share the ice with white players. We'll hear from the grandson of Gus Adams, who helped form that league, about what this stamp signifies.

Lawn bowling shot
If you've been keeping an eye on the World Indoor Bowls Championships, you probably know about the physics-defying, mind-bending shot made by one of the pairs champs. But whether you know all about it or nothing at all, you'll want to hear from the man himself, Nick Brett.
