Yesterday, Colorado lawmakers approved a bill that would effectively create the country's first banking system designed expressly for the recreational marijuana industry.
Republican state senator David Balmer is one of the original sponsors of the bill. He tells Carol that figuring this out is important for Colorado's economy.
