Killed instantly was photographer Anja Niedringhaus and seriously injured was journalist Kathy Gannon. "She was in a secure compound, they were travelling with a convoy, they had the military that was supposed to be protecting them," Kathy's sister Patricia Gannon tells Carol. "There was absolutely no way that Kathy or Anja could have ever anticipated this."
