How a struggling musician became one of the biggest players in Canadian food scene
In his musician days, Dennis Prescott was living off pasta and the dollar menu at McDonald’s.
Dennis Prescott had only one plan in life: to make it as a musician.
But as he struggled to make a name for himself in Nashville, he often found himself only eating pasta and the dollar menu at McDonald's.
He eventually became fed up with fast food, and went to the library to take out a bunch of Jamie Oliver cookbooks in order to teach himself to cook.
It sparked an unforeseen obsession... and led to a culinary career that surprised Dennis himself.
