Newly-elected Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he'll end Canada's participation in air strikes against ISIS. He wants to focus on other strategies, like training local troops in Iraq. But how productive is that move considering many believe the foreign-trained Iraqi Army a failure, including Lawrence Korb, a senior fellow at the Center for American Progress. He says one of the key challenges in training troops in Iraq is the lack of motivation by local soldiers. Why should troops fight for a government and leadership they don't trust or believe in?
