The European Space Agency wants to build a village on the moon
The European Space Agency wants to replace the International Space Station with a moon village capable of housing people for weeks or even months at a time.
This week, researchers at the California Institute of Technology presented what they call "good evidence" for the existence of a ninth planet in our solar system
But the European Space Agency is focussing its sights much closer to home. The agency laid out a plan to build a village on the moon -- a fully functioning, sustainable, livable place where people could stay for weeks or even months at a time. Brent talks to Bernard Foing, the Director of the European Space Agency's International Lunar Group.
