The U.S. election is over.... but the arguments may have just begun. Whether it's relationships with friends, family  members, or even a spouse -- this week's U.S. election might be pushing your relationships to the breaking point. Lambers Fisher is a couples therapist in the U.S. who will take us through some of the conversations he's seeing in his office right now, and answer your questions about relationships and politics.

She has said in the past that she wouldn't have the success she does if she wasn't a perfectionist. So is being a perfectionist always bad? How do you know when you are one and when should you be worried? Israa Nasir is a psychotherapist and the author of the upcoming book "Toxic Productivity: Reclaim Your Time and Emotional Energy in a World That Always Demands More."
