Think of podcasting as radio without all the rules. Imagine storytellers exposing their personal lives, secrets, and in some cases, even their big business ideas. In our first episode, "The Candid Voice," we focus on what audio storytelling does best — getting behind the scenes and into people's emotions in a way that a lot of other mediums just can't.

Host and curator Sean Rameswaram presents work from podcasts StartUp, Radio Diaries, and How to be a Girl, (you can listen to the full episodes of these podcasts below) and Sean's producer Lindsay Michael joins in to explain why we're picking these shows in particular, and to talk about the brave new world of podcast collectives.
