Chris Gethard is an actor and comedian who you might have seen in Broad City or The Office. When his long-running talk show The Chris Gethard Show got cancelled, he tried to reflect on its success rather than its failure.
Now, he's released a new book called Lose Well, which also happens to be the mantra at the centre of his entire world. In his new book, Gethard offers a manifesto for how to face challenges, told through his own peaks and valleys. He joins Tom Power to talk about what it means to lose well.
