"Standing backstage at the orchestra, hearing them puttering around and tuning is probably one of my favourite sounds. I live for the tuning moment... It's almost like a little prayer before the concert, you know?" Robin Dann of the experimental pop band Bernice has a special relationship with sound. She's fascinated with the way it affects the body — how a single note can soothe agitation or coax you to sleep. She invites us to hear her favourite healing sounds, including an introduction to the auditory phenomenon ASMR.
