It's a familiar complaint. Every time Black History Month rolls around in February, there are some who point out that there's no White equivalent. Now an unlikely group has addressed that concern — but not in the way you might imagine.
For the second year in a row, the editors of the blog Africa Is A Country have declared March to be White History Month. Today editor Elliot Ross joins guest host Piya Chattopadhyay to discuss what the group is trying to achieve, and why so many examples of racism are left out of textbooks.
