From the Winter Olympics in Sochi, Jian convenes a special Sochi edition of the Q Media Panel that examines how the games have been covered and whether the international media has said anything surprising about Russia.

Weighing in on the topic are GQ Russia editor-in-chief Michael Idov and Globe and Mail foreign correspondent Mark MacKinnon.

"The media don't have an anti-Russian bias - they have a pro-entertainment bias," argues Idov. "And Russia is only entertaining when it's sort of being evil."
