• Rachel talks to Fred "The Hammer" Williamson about being a pioneer. The actor has just picked up the inaugural pioneer award from the Toronto Black Film Festival. We ask him about the costs he's paid to be The Boss, and get his thoughts on the importance of Blaxploitation films for diversity in modern cinema. 

• Q's media panel reconvenes to assess all the media angles on the most significant events from the past two weeks.

• In the lead up to the 87th Academy Awards this Sunday, Rachel checks in with Torill Kove. The Oscar-winning Canadian animator is nominated again this year for her NFB animated short Me and My Moulton.
