Rose McGowan isn't the first woman instructed to show cleavage for a role — but her uncommon reaction to the common request marked a major turning point for the actress.

Instead of quietly refusing the role, the Charmed star took to Twitter to vent her frustrations about sexism in Hollywood. In the fallout, McGowan was dropped by her talent agency — but gained new fans, and a new direction.

Today she joins Shad to discuss her foray into music, her intentionally jarring debut video, and why she's not impressed by mere "awareness" of women's rights.
