'Joking Judge' Vince A. Sicari may have a great sense of humour, but he wasn't laughing about a ruling recently directed at him. 

Sicari was once a New Jersey municipal judge by day and a stand-up comic, Vince August, by night. But last September, the State Supreme Court ruled that his comedy career was "incompatible" with judicial codes.

Given the choice between leaving the bench or cutting the comedy, Sicari made a funny decision. From the Best of Q, here's his conversation with Jian about his incompatible passions.
