As the Republican National Convention in Cleveland enters day two, the q crew called up Lewis Black. The veteran political satirist and Daily Show regular is always ready to offer a heated opinion or two.

In a five-minute rant, Black sounds off on the convention, presumptive nominee Donald Trump, and the U.S. presidential race writ large.

"It's unbelievable," says Black of Trump's rapid rise. "I took LSD in my youth and it didn't prepare me for this. I mean, I had a lot of paranoid fantasies as a kid. This is not something I saw."

You can catch Black in Montreal on July 27th and 28th during this year's Just For Laughs Festival.
