How can Canada fulfil its climate commitment?

Canada's commitment to the world is to cut carbon emissions by 30 percent from 2005 levels by 2030. That's no easy task. And we're not exactly good at keeping our commitments: emission reduction goals set by the 1997 Kyoto Protocol were never met.
So how will Canada fulfil its commitment this time? Two leading climate thinkers join Bob to discuss.
