Sacha Ouellet is a tough and tender twenty-something, juggling two jobs. Sacha is of Haida and Quebecois descent. She left a tumultuous home life at the age of 17. Despite a rocky start to her family's relationship, Sacha and her mother are much closer now. But are they too close? Now that Sacha has dreams of moving away to Montreal, she's afraid of losing her mom.
Can a wealthy globetrotting bachelor and a kid who's never moved away from home teach her what it takes to detach without fear?
