Lots of employers use some monitoring in the workplace. They may keep track of who is watching YouTube, or use GPS tracking on delivery vans. But with the growth of wearable technologies that monitor physical information (where you move, who you talk to, what your fatigue or stress response is) there's potential for more personal monitoring at work than ever before.
