Rufus Glassco has the makings of a dream stashed in his Toronto garage. T he whole space is crammed with boxes full of Kashakas. T he Kashaka - The Ultimate African Shaker.  A  little instrument that looks like two golf size balls - filled with tiny pebbles joined by a string.  Think miniature maracas. Without the stick.

A few weeks ago, on a very cold winter night, he thought  - again - that he might be on the verge of something.
