Muslims everywhere fear backlash after Paris attacks

ISIS says it is attacking Western decadence, but many of the bodies lying dead and broken are those of Muslims. They are also victims of resentment, suspicion and outright hostility.

Moustafa Bayoumi has chronicled this trend since 9/11. He's a Canadian professor of English at Brooklyn College, and the author of How Does It Feel To Be A Problem: Being Young and Arab in America. His latest book is This Muslim American Life: Dispatches from the War on Terror
