The DNC Black Caucus rallies around Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton has been a polarizing candidate for millions of Americans, but she enjoys staunch support from African-Americans. Some of the luminaries of the DNC Black Caucus spoke passionately in support of her bid for the presidency.

There's one demographic that has seemed particularly resistant to the overtures of Bernie Sanders and Donald Trump, remaining solidly in Hillary Clinton's camp. African-Americans.

African-Americans voted overwhelmingly for Barack Obama in 2008 and 2012, and polling suggests they're ready to do the same for Hillary Clinton this year.

Donna Brazile, Jesse Jackson, and other high-profile members of the African-American community spoke in support of Clinton at the DNC's Black Caucus meeting on Monday.
