"Shut Up, I'm Thinking!" An end-of-year game for the whole family

Michael's guests areTerry O'Reilly, host of "Under the Influence", the hugely popular CBC Radio 1 program about the world of advertising; Laurie Brown, host of "The Signal", heard six days a week on Radio 2; and Cathy Jones, star and co-creator of "This Hour Has 22 Minutes" on CBC TV. They have agreed to play a rousing round of a game we're calling "Shut Up, I'm Thinking", a game with special appeal for logophiles everywhere.

Some people know it as the "Dictionary Game." Others play the board game version, "Balderdash." We're calling it "Shut Up! I'm Thinking."
Cathy Jones, co-star and co-creator of "This Hour Has 22 Minutes", on CBC Television. Her one-woman show , "Stranger to Hard Work," is touring Canada.

We chose some obscure words from the Canadian Oxford Dictionary and asked three CBC colleagues to be panelists: Terry O'Reilly, host of Under the Influence on Radio One, Cathy Jones of the CBC Television program This Hour Has 22 Minutes and Laurie Brown, host of The Signal on Radio Two.

Leave your dictionary on the shelf, play along as you listen and have some laughs on us!
