Should schools send home junk food if parents pack it in their children's lunches?

Some schools have started to point out to students that bringing candy or junk food in their lunches isn't in line with attempts to eat healthier. At that point, the student is asked to tuck the item back into their lunch bag and take it home. We hear from a mother and blogger who calls it "snack shaming," and says it's her choice whether to send a treat to school with her child.
