Newt Gingrich is in Toronto this week as part of the Munk Debates, to argue why it's a bad idea. While arguing about taxes never gets old, Mr. Gingrich believes his party needs some rejuvenating.

Newt Gingrich is a former speaker of the United States House of Representatives, best-selling author of 23 books, a long-time Republican, representative and strategist. His most recent is called A Nation Like No Other: Why American Exceptionalism Matters. He was in our Toronto studio.
